be. NCSU is a strange team this year, as they have a good team, but you just don't know what NCSU will show. They have a 1st round NFL QB pick, so can't look past this team. Good news is that Clemson has shown up for every game and hasn't looked past anyone as Dabo has them focused. They drilled us last year, so good news is that Clemson will be out for revenge.

I can see 45-20 and I can see 38-30 type game. Guess we'll see tomorrow.

how the heck did they lose so badly to UVa?

UNC's defense, which is not very good, handled UVa easily last night. UVa also scored very easily on NCSt. I guess that's what's giving Clemson fans confidence going into this one. I can also see it being close, but NCSt's trouble defending the pass, along with their recent struggles against the run (gave up over 100 yards to both a Maryland (!) and UVa tailback) means Clemson will score a lot.

NC State is a headcase. But their potential strengths are

bad for us in particular. Our offense is all-world. But a relative weakness is pass protection. NC State's strength is a pass rush. We rely on Tajh making good choices. One way to limit Tajh's brainpower is to constantly be in his grill. NC State is an inferior team, but their pass rush could potentially cause a serious problem for the rest of our offense.

Add that to the fact that they have a good QB and our awful DB coverage skills come into play. It only takes one play to put up 6 points... and a good NC State QB throwing past a bad secondary could result in enough points to stress us out.

Although they did not hurt us, we had 7 turnovers in the last two games. Hope that STOPS.
