Clemson wins because...little known

Clemson wins because we play excellent red zone defense. LSU’s red zone ranking is like #50 in FBS. Also, LSU’s rush defense is not good.

We win if Etienne and Dixon are able to average 4+ yards a carry. They’ll need success on 1st and 2nd down. Especially 2nd down.

Clemson is amazing in catching up when behind the chains on 2nd and 3rd down. That said, we will need to run the ball 30+ times tonight to win. That will also limit LSU possessions.

LSU will move up and down the field. If Clemson limits big scoring plays and forces LSU into the red zone then Clemson probably wins by 4-7 points.

Recap: Clemson defense must force LSU offense to red zone field goals and Clemson offense needs to average 4+ yards per carry and average 3-4 yards on first down.

ETN and TL will have success running. Lsu has had problems with good runners. That will open up some good passing plays. Clemson is to SKRONG!!
