No way Coker can play like that back to back games...

I like the odds on Coker crashing next week after playing out of his mind versus Michigan State.

Coker has been under rated all season. Kid is a gamer and isn't afraid to lay the wood. Still can't believe people are calling Bama one dimensional.

Laying wood isn't something QB's do... On the field.

Easy to throw in a game like that. When we stop the run and he's forced to throw with the game on the line? Against our secondary? With Lawson bearing down on him? And of course, when we are ahead in the fourth quarter we will see their ability to score quickly.

I can look at the stats. Your rb has almost as many yards rushing as the qb has passing.
Bama had a good game plan for Mich St. I credit Kiffin with that game. Coker is an average qb on an excellent team. Bama will only be as strong as their weak link against Clemson, pray that Coker is what you think he is and not what I believe him to be or it could get ugly.

Michigan State's pass defense was ranked like 80+

I'd compare it to Sean Maguire's game vs Syracuse.
Maguire vs Syracuse = 23-35 348 yards 3 TD's 0 INT's Maguire vs Clemson = 16-29 164 yards 0 TD's 1 INT

All of his receivers were WIDE OPEN my Treom Harris at a Florida could have thrown for those touchdowns

most d1-a qb's (fbs, if you want to be pc), can hit wide

open wr's, te's,rb's,and the occasional tackle eligible. to complete a pass is a tad more difficult when you have a cb,safety,lb, and/or the occasional de or dt in the receivers hip pocket, if you understand what i'm saying. we'll see. i would still sell out to stop y'alls run game and let coker beat us, if he can.

I threw the ball half way across our 90 yard garden to my daughter a whole bunch of times yesterday. She had no one covering her, and no one was about to crush my butt while I threw.
Shoulda seen it. All SEC/B1G performance we put on.

Are you really insinuating THE SEC lacks defense?

Play like what ? He had a salesman game . Clemson will present many more problems to their offensive scheme than anyone they've played all season . They got second place written all over themselves right now .

He better hope he can throw it away in three seconds! More than that and he can join the OU backfield at the infirmary.

Coker is a decent pocket passer . He has greatly benefited from the fact that many holes are found downfield when defenses have to play the run like they do against a back like Henry getting the ball 40+ times a game . Our DB's are better than Mich States by a wide margin, and probably a site better as a group than anything Coker and his recievers have seen this year .

Michigan States pass defense is 76th in the nation. Clemson is 9th. I like our pass defense against Coker.
