wall under his constitutionally granted powers. No one can stop him and he can ignore the courts if they get in the way. Who's going to enforce the court ruling if it's against him? All that can be done is impeachment, and their clearly aren't the votes and never will be.

Maybe this is just a technical issue, but explain to me how he can use his 'constitutionally granted powers" while he also can "ignore the courts"?

Doesn't do anything for sanctuary cities. Does not eliminate chain migration. Does not mandate E-verify. Expands the definition of DACA to increase the total number. Paul Rat Ryan is a democrat and his bill is garbage.
