Here in beautiful GVegas, without a cloud in the sky...high 50s, it was chicken sausage and cheddar omelet, with grits and biscuits at Tommy’s Ham House.
The chicken sausage is one of Tommy’s specialties with a little kick to it.
Only 9/10 because of too much Furman purple.

I got three things horribly wrong. The batter was too thick, I used breading I made from Sam's Club croutons and got ahead of myself which lead to overcooking the onions. I think the heat was too low.
I'm a trooper though. When this grease is expelled I'm going to try another batch. I'll let you know about Wed.
