Here is a link to the article. Wall Street Journal has Clemson football program as most valuable in ACC. The usual suspects are at the top of total rankings.

You have to go through 10 SEC schools before an ACC school (Clemson) shows up.

I have no clue how the list was put together since value is usually determined by what kind of profit a company is throwing off and all college football programs spend every dime they bring in and are non-profit. Apparently the list is based on total revenue because the big tv contract conferences are well represented.
