He's in the running but I think Henry will win it. I think DW4 deserves it based his last six games on the field.

The fact that Henry gets 40+ carries a game is really helping him . Give Wayne Gallman 40 , or Dalvin Cook 40 ...then Henry's numbers wouldn't get that much attention. It is akin to having DW4 throw it 70+ times a game . Ridiculous. I've said as have many others , if you removed Derrick Henry and Deshaun Watson from their lineups , which team would have more dropoff ? The answer is simple. The Heisman used to mean the best player in America ...but today it also matters who is your fanbase , and who stands to gain more from promoting a product .

without 40 carries per game.
henry's a beast, not the best player[DW4] or running back[dalvin cook] in the nation, but i have mad respect for his toughness.
that ain't easy.

Agreed. And the boy was squatting 500lbs for reps on Tuesday and yelled at their trainers for trying to spot him. I can't imagine squatting that heavy on Tuesday and getting 40+ touches in a championship game on Saturday.

Production came after the game's outcome had more or less already been determined?
Many times we sat DW4 or "went conservative" with the play calling. Bama kept Henry in the game and handed it to him every play. In the SECCG, Henry scored one TD but had nearly zero impact on the outcome. I would argue that the QB was more impactful with his legs.
Watson, on the other hand, was responsible for 5 TDs.

nope, Henry is a stud, I did not pay much attention to McCaffrey last night. But we are talking coolnees under pressure, all the hype, and showing up every week. Watson gets my vote.
GO TIGERS!!

I have to say I have not watched a Heisman presentation in many years
I can honestly say this year that these three candidates are all phenomenal and that I can live with any of them winning. The difference in style between the three is interesting
I'm glad we've got DW4, because of the position, but I sure wouldn't mind seeing Mccaffrey wearing orange

when you watch yesterday's games, it's clearly obvious that Henry is a function of Saban smartly utilizing his strengths as a team and running behind that line because his QB stinks. When you see DW4 play and McCaffrey, they are VISIBLY better than anyone else on the field. I hope the Heisman voters realize this

You should try to go to every top-4 board & Stanford's.

Everyone, except Michigan State, thinks their player should win Heisman.
Most of them give no respect to Clemson. Fans on OU board think the rankings should be #1 Alabama, #2 OU, #3 Clemson and #4 Michigan State.
Michigan State fans think their team is gonna win it all.
Personally, I think the only team that is close to us is Oklahoma. I really want our team to play Michigan State in the Orange Bowl.

Not as long as Henry keeps getting 40 plus carries a game against inferior sec teams because the bama qb down right sucks and cant win a game with his arm

I bet on Watson at 25-1 before the season, but Henry seems like a lock. Seems like they know they are giving it to Henry, but they think Watson is the guy next year. If they announce Watson the winner I will be blown away.
