it's obvious what your program needs....better recruiting. Since Nicki has invested in a plan of revolving door assistant coaches, non-copycat game plans, and mentally weak players who fatigue at year's end, he just needs to get players who can endure such chaos, turmoil, and poor preparation.

Clearly, having 7 of the last 8 #1 recruiting classes still wasn't good enough to win 2 of the last 3 championships. So get out there and earn your money, Nicki, and recruit better. Maybe you can find some 6 star talent to get you over the hump.
