Nick Marshall could get hurt!

Watching Auburn and wondering why they would risk running Marshall? Because that is the offense as is ours except they have a solid O line. All this complaining about DW running is silly. That run he was injured on could have happened scrambling or even running down the hill. It was a freak injury. Period.

Not to mention DW4's injury was non-contact, which means he could have had same injury making a cut in a drill during practice. The injury was inevitable. Hope he comes back stronger.

a freak injury? How many freak injuries can a player have in a month? These rash of injuries do not portend well about his durability.

I would describe a non contact Knee as a freak injury.

NFL QB's never slide down to avoid contact when they have to scramble. After all, getting hit is part of the game, right?

Come on, man. Take a good look at Watson and tell me if you want HIM to be the one running it up the middle on the zone read. He took several shots today before twisting his knee. If it hadn't been a bad cut that got him, he would have gotten knocked out eventually. He's a tremendous talent, but physically, Tajh Boyd he ain't.
