stuck to their guns and is not letting UConn into postseason eligibilty for hoops in 2013 because of bad APR performance. I figured they would cave in as they usually do

When i was there they trialed a system that broke down something like that and it actually lowered most GPAs, but it might have had different cutoffs for than USC.
