What a thrill. Homer Jordan stopped by the offices today. What a nice guy. Met him in 1981 on campus, but today I was able to spend some time with him and his wife. Didn't know he married Hershel Walker's sister. Thought that was interesting.

SavannahCalvary Day School tight end Milan Richard, who is the nephew of former UGA great and Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker. After turning down an earlier offer from Georgia to follow his famous uncle to Athens, Richard chose Clemson over Vanderbilt and Ole Miss. His mother is Herschel Walker's sister. I guess Homer is his uncle. Thanks so much for sharing.

be a great QB..nor less win the NC for CLEMSON! Skinny little kid..meeting me & my 9 year old kid at Clemson practice fields one day when he came up to visit informally with Coach Curly Hallman..who said: "Bill, I want you to meet Homer Jordan who's going to be Clemson's next great QB"..and I almost laughed out loud!
