I would hope not. I think retired is retired. now fuller is probably a good enough guy to say let him use it but it just irks me if he would even be asked. CU said they retired it. So they arent as good as their word?
BTW I agree with you on the retire number concept. Retire the jersey and not the number. or put a patch like Michigan does or something but that isnt what we said we were doing.

Fuller proactively called in and told them to give DW (or anyone else) #4 if he wants it?
I understand your point about going back on our word, I just want to see if for you its more about making Fuller mad or if its just the principle of retiring and un-retiring a number.
