New facility?

Tajh Boyd just posted on Instagram a mini replica of some new facility that will be up and running in 2019. It has a practice field, pool and it sits on the lake. Had no idea they are in the process of adding a new facility. Does anybody have an idea on what exactly the building will be? What was just a small little college town is turning into metropolitan hahaha. That's what happens when you win ball games and championships.

Ohh okay I gotcha! So the practice field that's in the replica is the practice field that's already out there ? Or they adding another practice field?

The photo does not show New Spring Church or all of the commercial buildings under construction in that area. It's a huge undertaking. In recent news, Clemson was going to annex the part with the condos which is currently in Oconee County but Oconee County has countered with a deal to grant concessions to the developers to forego annexation to Clemson. Stay tuned for the latest news. The entire complex will be known as Hartwell Village and will include a variety of stores and restaurants.
There will be traffic lights on US 123/76 at the new intersection to enter and exit the site. The exit from US 123/76 to SC 93 coming from Seneca to the campus is being redesigned. There are numerous changes along US 123/76 and SC 93 to enhance the traffic situation.
