As a coach myself, the fact that he walks from practice on almost a daily basis satisfied with practice is huge! That statement is more telling about this team than almost any other that has been made.

Just kick it through the end zone and let the Defense do its job. Last week special teams helped keep NC State in the game. I know we had a coupe of defensive breakdowns but NC state had a short field on all the kickoffs.

I agree completely with your statement. I coached and played football. To say you walk away every practice or most happy with effort and execution. means your team is dedicated to their jobs on the field ,has great character and work ethnic's. I would love to coach guys like that.

but if we keep doing that it will cost us a game. I understand getting back ups some playing time with special teams, but it can really cost you bigtime.
