I read an article ( maybe y'all saw it too ) where she spent the last year observing and watching various styles of coaching and managerial procedures in places like Boston with the Celtics and UConn with Geno .

I like that she endeavored to grow herself as a leader after the setback of being let go .
Trust in the DRad , I honestly think she is ready to step up and raise CU Women's hoops to the next level .
