New Coaches: A Positive

While continuity has been part of our success, change can also be good. Continuity with the coordinators is more important to me. A change that happens because of promotion or retiring looks better than moving on because one deems another program better.

I was actually more worried about becoming too stale. So the infusion of two new coaches in addition to a new QB will offer the freshness that we need. Dabo has built a winning culture that will be successful regardless of departures.

Dabo has built a system that does not depend on one individual. It is a long term system, where if one moves, it is the next man up. Same with the coaches. Clemson football does not depend on one player or one coach. This team is not define but one recruit in a class. This is a team, a family that pulls for one another.

Have you seen Alabama drop in recruiting rankings because of loosing coaches? No... it is a system. The difference is Dabo makes it enjoyable. It is not only about football.

Clemson has recruited and will continue to recruit where we do not depend on one player. Dabo is a Fortune 500 CEO!

In a few words: Trust the Dabo.He is money.

forum that he is stupid and apparently all of his assistants are stupid. Is it possible that the proper mixture of stupid people can produce the results of a genius? Or is it all luck like they say on the other forum?
