Never have seen a Clemson balloon in nature - why?

Sad they stopped the balloon launch this year. Has anyone ever seen a Clemson balloon in nature? In their yard? In a pond? On a bus? On a train? Anywhere? Must be a lot of hungry animals gobbling them up very quickly? Maybe a researcher should've taken this up before they made the decision to end the balloon launch.

It was an emotional decision, academia is run by leftist and almost all of their decisions are based on emotion.

You think scientists base their decisions on emotion?
I think you’ve been fake news’d

Good scientists don't. Unfortunately many "scientists" today analyze data with a bias to try to make it fit their hypothesis. IE, global warming, or is it cooling, we will just call it climate change.

You miss my point. I believe in climate change. Is it natural cycle or is it man made? In the 1970s scientists were warning of the next ice age. Now they are saying we are going to burn up. There very well Mau be man made climate change, but the data does not yet exist to prove it.

good afternoon captain hyperbole, actually scientist have been saying since the late 1950s that a ten percent change in the Atmospheric CO2 levels would be enough to melt both polar ice caps. We are well on track to achieving this because we do not listen and think we know everything.
but to say that scientists fudge data to achieve a result is laughable. No way we cure small pox, polio, land on the moon, or invent the microprocessor without a stern and strict scientific method. I doubt you even science though because it is not the people talking out of their behinds that are leading this country in innovation.

If we all promise to pick up and safely dispose of whatever remnants we come across, can we have our balloons back?

Because the sea turtles and shore birds crawl over 100 miles inland to feast on their favorite food, biodegradable Clemson balloons, leaving none for you to find. And it makes the snowflakes feel better about themselves by saving The Earth.

it does not happen because almost all of the 20k balloons magically disappear once they get too high up for you to see them.

You've never seen it so it must not be real. I see how it works. I'm glad we have this kind of expertise on board!
It's still we're still stuck on this issue, halfway through the season.

I'm not a scientist, but I'm pretty sure the balloons go up into the atmosphere, explode, and then that explosion creates a lot of carbon matter, which then in turn substantially contributes to climate change. Just think about all those hurricanes we were causing through the years.

about a week after a football game. The property was a nature reserve on a former rice plantation. That crap doesn't belong there.
