He is our best passer

He is also our best player off the dribble. He is not a great shooter, and against zones, has a hard time getting his shot off over taller defenders. He isn't tall and has a low release.

It's not a good shot. Rod shoots it when he is wide open. Like I said, he has a low release and is short. He doesn't feel comfortable getting his shot off when defenders are closing out. Plus a Rod Hall 3 pointer early in the shot clock is not what need. He hits 1 out of every 3...at best.

It would fix our oversign problem and provide us with a well rounded point guard. If he can't do this I think we should fire him.
