Not that it matters now, but wasn't the last ND TD pass an illegal pick? Looked similar to the one they did against FSU last year.

From what I saw, yes. But it's a rare call, unless you make it blatant, which it really wasn't. Crossing routes can do that legally, if the main purpose of the route isn't to impede the other defender, if I understand it correctly. It's like holding though. As a player, you don't complain about it. If they aren't calling it, they won't magically start.
