Awesome to watch such young talent have a chance to compete with competent coaching and talent around them.
Reminds me of the 16 and 17 champ games against Bama. Talent. Passion. And great coaching.

You can’t win the Heisman AND the NFL MVP if your hype is bs. Sure, we all have down days and off nights at our jobs...very likely playing against the Super Bowl MVP and Andy Reid. Ask DW4 about Pittsburgh. Both of these qbs plus DW4 are talents of color that refresh the “Not for Long”. Even Newton for that matter...and Bridgewater.
I can’t wait to watch the 5 of them...and I remember when Warren Moon was the lone soldier.

I should also list Russell Wilson, Dwayne Haskins, Kyler Murray, Dak Prescott, and Tyrod Taylor.
And to think that my dad taught me when I was a kid that black quarterbacks would never be successful in the NFL because they “couldn’t make good decisions”.
He even made fun of how players of color would say “hey” to their moms on camera because they “didn’t know who their daddies were”. True story.
I am able to recognize my dad’s ignorant racism and appreciate the greatness we get a chance to experience today. I Iove football, and I’m stoked to see the equality that is evolving in the sport.

You do know he was MVP last year, right?
He threw for 3127 yds/36 TDs with 6 INTs and ran for 1206 yds/7 TDs in 2019. That is simply unprecedented. The team ran for ~3300 yds...that is unreal. The next highest team was ~2300 yds.
