Can he just transfer to another school right away or does he have to set out a year (I assume that what he did does not land him in jail)..Heck, I know this is rough but he might have learned a lesson and we do need a RB ...

kicked out of FSU. I think about only he and Lavernius Coles did that when Booby was there. With all they let go how bad a character do you have to be for that to happen at FSU? yikes
