fairly easy to beat, at least they should. That is the bottom of the ACC.
FSU, Mary, Uva, GT will be much tougher.
Frankly, FSU is scariing me b/c they have upgraded at qb by a lot.

So a redshirt freshman QB is an upgrade over the 1st QB taken in last years NFL draft? Who is currently a starting QB in the NFL? Really?
I agree FSU will be the second test of the season after UGA, but to say FSU has upgraded there QB is a little of an over statement.

and their WRs seem to be better as well, but their offense is absolutely better this year. I'm not sure Winston isn't better than Manuel already but ill wait a few more games

Maryland's dual threat QB can be a real hassle. We often have trouble with this type of QB and I hope that trend ends this season. Our last visit to College Park, MD was a real shoot out.
But we're more mature, overall, as a team than the last time we were up there.
Syracuse will be a Canadian picnic. NCSU will be pumped up but once we begin lighting up the scoreboard that will subside. Wake is fake, simply put.
Virginia doesn't phase me but bad weather during that game does. Every UVA game I go to it rains. And yes, I will be in Charlottesville so bring a rain coat. And not the kind that sits in your wallet if ya catch my drift....

It'll be a tough one, and they certainly are capable of coming in and beating us... but they haven't won in Death Valley since 2001.. that was Bowden Bowl III and it seems like an ETERNITY ago...

I think that this team will be more mentally equipped to know what is going on. They have a Senior leader that will get the team together the defense is more aggressive and they have a solid core at linebacker that are capable of staying in their spots. Seeing Winston as long as he has time he is deadly, but same goes for Tajh but he is also capable of moving around in the pocket and getting the job done. Look at the FSU games. Everyone has been playing 10 yards off and allowing those FSU WRs get free releases. If we pressure the qb like the UGA game and it is as loud as it was then FSU will have problems.

They won't be truly tested until they play us. Jameis won't see the kind of pressure or crowd noise we're going to bring until he plays us. However, playing these "easy" teams is definitely building his confidence, so he may not be as rattled to play us early in the game.
Not to mention the fact that they have a bye before coming to DV. Some say that a bye doesn't really mean a huge advantage, but it does mean resting your guys and recovering from injury. We won't have that luxury.
MD is the team that scares me the most right now in the ACC. They're also untested, but will have been by the time we play then. Hopefully BV will have an answer for the mobile QB. That will also be a preview of how we'll do against Shaw.
GT brings the usual concerns. All in all, it's not a given that we're going to go 11-0 before we roll into Billy Brice dodging the doo doo ice. Everyone has us circled on their calendars and we'll be getting their best games.
