Sure, they beat a couple of nobodies and lost at ECU (they have lost 3 in a row to them in the past 6 years), but they did beat Wake convincingly. They also had a bye before Wake.
We know how difficult Raleigh can be...Notre Dame is about to find that out. My guess is it will be a shootout.

State pulls this one out I think, ND is hot garbage, lost to duke at home. I think State is better than Duke and they have the golden domers in Raleigh!

Notre Dame will win comfortably. NC State hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse in several years now, and ND is way more talented (despite that terrible defense).

always gets up for 1 or 2 big home games per year. Even though ND isn't very good this year, this will still be considered a really big game by State fans. ND does have an offense that can score points, but they might need to score 40 to win.

At this point i would agree that State is the favorite.
