1. What storm are we looking at here? 100-year? 500-year? 500+ year?
2. What does the floodplain look like here? Did we flood what is expected to flood in a 100-year? Or are we overtopping structures, etc that were presumably out of the floodplain?

levees there in place to hold back floodwaters. Not that I don't feel bad for them, but this is why there are flood zones.
