My goodness many Tiger fans have become spoiled

Oct 24, 2020, 6:52 PM

#######.

You have the best college football program in the country to root for and all you can do it ##### and moan about not being notified a player was a game time decision, or you didn’t score 70+ points against an inferior opponent or the coach didn’t come out and say, “yeah, oh boy, we were hot doodoo today, we may as well opt out the rest of the season.”

Give it a rest, enjoy the win or maybe get some perspective by watching the two teams about to kick off at 7 eastern.

They think that 'Best is the standard' means fans (usually UNinvested fans) have the right to expect perfection.

And that we're compromising if we don't hold them accountable for anything less.

People just look at the team and think about winning a National Titles this season. Best is the standard. That's why they get worried. The program has gotten so great that for some anything else isn't good enough. The way I look at the game today is that it will help us improve and that the team needs to get healthy.

Dabo's teams have passed Ford's by in terms of talent several years ago ... that said, Dabo's teams like to take a week off (thankfully against poor competition) at least once or twice a season. This was one of those weeks ...
