I would really like to land this beast. I like that he mentions family, however he didn't say anything about academics. If we can just get him back on campus, I think we will have a shot. Those online "experts" have him going to one of the Florida schools.

I like that we were his first offer, a lot of times that plays a big part in with kids. Knowing they were wanted from day 1, before all the stars came out proven how good they are now.

I'm no tiger woods but hearing we have as good a shot as anybody right now. If we have a decent season on the defensive line I think we land at least one of Gary and Lawrence, and possibly both.

Is it too early to say that this kid reminds me of William Perry? I know that the Fridge was a generation early, but the size (though Mr. Lawrence may be taller), speed and impact on the game in all facets made me think immediately of old #66.
