Take the best mix of the ACC and SEC in the states of VA, NC, TN, GA, and FL to make a South Atlantic Conference. The travel costs, football, basketball, and academics should all be great.

I wouldn't mind seeing the SEC add FSU, Miami, Clemson & GT and let Arkansas, Texas A & M, Missouri & LSU join the Big 12.
I think this scenario would work better geographically, but I don't expect it to happen.
