Held temp at 225 until sometime between 3:30 and 7:00 AM.

Internal was 166 at 7:00 AM
internal is 197 meow.

When do I pull it?

towels in the cooler. Sometimes leave up to 2 hours, just depends. Sucker will still be hot as hell.

Attached is final product

Tastes pretty good.

Not amazing or anything, but good ole fashioned BBQ with an ice cold Sierra Nevada green can and tunes on the back porch listening to the rain.

10/10 wood dew again.

I’ll just copy pasta tomorrow if how was your weekend is still a thing since all days feel the same now!
