Any chance that Blue Bellies can beat Birds in FB in Aug?

Most Coots say no way, but Heels do have a lot of talent & a very good QB..but going into Dried ICe Willie B stadium is a tough road trip for any team (ax Uga).

With a road trip upcoming to UGA,and being basically the only game in town that Thursday night,I would say the holes had one of two possible chances; 1) a snowball's chance in Hades 2) a republican beating Hillary in 2016.

an 85% chance if Gio Bernard would have stayed. The coots lost a ton of defense and is one year further away from Ellis Johnson. They hardly any experience at the WR or RB position. As of right now the coots are an overrated team. Where there being rated is based off of who they had last year, well most of those players are gone replace by players who have barely played yet.

Besides losing Bernard, do you think UNC is returning every

one else?
I think they are replacing 3 on their offensive line, which doesn't bode well for them, considering our main strength on defense is the line... Our secondary is pretty experienced as well with Hampton, Legree, and Brison Williams (TJ Gurley isn't bad either).
Not sure what UNC returns on defense, but we return 4 O line, 2 good running backs with decent experience, 2 quality QB's (you should know both of them well), very good TE's, and a pretty good group of receivers (Jones, Ellington, Byrd), along with some that have a lot of potential (Roland, Jeffery #2).
It's almost laughable you say we're another year removed from Ellis Johnson... Ward seemed to know what he was doing last year.
I know you're biased, but you need to open your eyes and look at both sides of the spectrum.

Delusional at its finest
The point spread is SC favored by anywhere from 12 to 14.....

Ahh...the old Ellis Johnson excuse pulled out by simpletons with little knowledge of football....second only to the ridiculous "paid" R.H. players mantra. Some of you youngins need to face facts. Carolina has been beating us b/c they have been more talented and better coached. PERIOD. Clowney didn't rape Boyd on national tv b/c his daddy was given a job by a chicken booster. Their offense didn't hold the ball for 40 minutes b/c Thompson is the second coming of Marino. Their basketball player WR didn't outshine Sammy b/c he's the next Jerry Rice. Their Lattimore-less backfield didn't run roughshod b/c it's loaded with Walter Paytons. Swearinger didn't de-cleat Ellington b/c he is a meanie thug.
Simply put, they have been clubbing us like baby seals b/c they have been hungrier, more talented and better prepared. I fully expect that to change this Nov. Save the excuses.....and WIN THE FRIGGEN GAME! Time for Tiger nation to grow some testicles.....

Appreciate that Cohiba! We can't fix any problem unless we face the FACTS.....too many on this board live in a Dabo-induced orange dreamland. Time to get real, and hungry, this season!

UNC matches up pretty well againts them. Usc strenght on D is not the DL it Clowney. Unc has one of the best if not the best Lt in college football. Unc has really good TE and some big wr to go over the middle on a young lb and safety core. Still think USC has more overall talent just think where Usc strenth are iswhere Unc strenght on the other side of the ball are.

Considering it will be on a Thursday night and the 1st game of the season, Willy B will be rocking with drunk rednecks at maximum velocity.
I honestly don't see a mediocre UNC team going into that environment and pulling off the win.
UNC has enough talent to give them a scare for awhile, but I don't see them winning.
