The President and Tanner didn't just spend 2 weeks giving "votes of confidence" only to fire him now. They'd look like liars and no respectable coach would touch their program. They can't afford to fire him.

I actually think it would be a mistake to fire Mustcoot at this juncture. I think he can build on this season with Georgia win and playing us closer than ever before. I don't think he gets them over the top so it won't hurt us but it might help them get a better Coach when he is finally let go.
