Exactly.
Can't recruit where they are with 19+ million people that can play outside year round to improve their skills: walking, running, baseball, football, golf, basketball, football, you name it, other than winter sports.
If you can't recruit there, you are a major fail!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are enough candidates to go around.
