Saw this kid on the front page...#1 recruit in the country it says. So I watched the link to his sophomore year hype video....

Look, I'm no recruiter or evaluator of talent, but there are two things I think I'm seeing:
1) He's slow, and the DE position is requiring speed more and more.
2) Kid doesn't like to hit...not even a little. 80% of his tackles are grabbing someone by their jersey and flinging them down. That won't fly in college.
What am I missing?

Looks really fast to me for a 6ft 5 300lbs guy. He can play inside or outside. I agree though that he needs to be coached up some, but that was only his sophomore year of HS. Looks like a stud to me.
