Thank you! and based on the comments, mostly from Bama

people, they are surmising that it is probably related to PEDs. The article flatly states as fact that it is NCAA related as Saban is quoted as saying. SO safe to say that Bama was in the same boat that we were in, just took a different approach to the circumstances, which based on our scrutiny seems to be the best approach. However, they did throw their players under the bus and we did not. But any talk of an unfair advantage for us is ludicrous because:
1. They likely had the same number of players suspended for the same reason.
2. All players that tested positive were suspended for the entire playoffs and therefore there were no ineligible players involved. Both schools followed NCAA protocol and rules.
3. If Bama players were not suspended for the same thing, they likely would have come out and said what they were actually suspended for after all the speculation now that they were.

At first Saban called them violations of team rules, then corrected it to NCAA violations. Why hasn't any reporter followed up on it? I am surprised that someone from Auburn hasn't jumped on this story.

Because anybody with access to the Bama program is either on board and fully invested or afraid of having that access cut off.

suggest that many think it could be a PED. Obviously, I'm not saying one way or another. I have no way of knowing for sure. I wish someone in the state of Alabama would follow up on the story.
