microwaves need a lot of water in the consistency of the food. Its why soup is SO perfect and bread is so bad. all it is doing is heating up water molecules in the food.
I always take a wet papertowel and put it over the biscuit or bread that I am trying to heat. That helps a ton as its heating the towel and pumping some of that back into the bread.
Fish in general is disgusting. I tolerate zero of it in my diet and I will probably die young because i am missing all those omega 3's. I did used to eat a lot of Omega's and they were typically fatty, so maybe I wont die too young. Zing!
I find microwaves extremely interesting.
