I wouldn't say that is a lie. Its spin, but not a lie.
Yes, they have paid a price across the world in terms of reputation and I think they have lost deals, etc...
Countries are pulling out of things and distancing themselves.
But if paid a price means jail time? no, they haven't paid a price.
