Founders Division: Clemson, GT, UNC, NCSU, Dook, WF, UVA
Big East Division: FSU, Miami, VT, Louisville, Pitt, BC, Cuse

I would seriously hate to have Wake and UVA in our side of the conference bc I'm already and have been sick of hearing that the only team we play in our conference with a pulse, is FSU. And the way you have the Big East Division set up, FSU will be playing in a pretty strong division, and if they win their division, they would have a strong claim for being a playoff team even if we beat them in the ACC championship game. All of the teams in that division of FSU, Miami, VT, Louisville, Pitt, Cuse are teams that are growing in strength, and BC is always a tough out. I just don't agree with Clemson being the only team with a pulse in the Founders Division. IMHO, UNC and GT won't continue to be year in and year out teams of strength, and we would be locked in our division with nothing more than practice teams. So I would suggest Starting with below.

Founders Division: Clemson. /////// Big East Division: FSU.
Split the rest equally by strength between Clemson and FSU, and I could see it getting pretty interesting at the end of conference play....

The better idea is to junk divisions all together and have each team play 3 permanent annual rivals and rotate aming 2 groups of 5. The two teams with the with the best conference records meet in the ACCCG.
