Since #1 QB Winston out...and former #2 & #3 QB's are starting with Bama & WVU. Kinda puts our great effort down a notch.

MacGuire was a 4-star QB. Took a lot of hits and still gave them 300 yards when the running game was MIA.

so no, it was their 2nd best QB. He was a 4 star coming out of high school. Oh, by the way the one who transferred to Bama, Coker, is the backup QB to Blake Sims.

Winston was just the face of the program, that doesn't mean that if he doesn't play the team is mediocre. They've recruited well for the last five years, and we held their stable of backs to 38 total rush yards. We could've won the game but we didnt, we could've snapped the ball under center but we didnt. If you can't enjoy Clemson football because you are stuck in the past, then whats the point of watching? Move on and prepare for the next game.

head, missed FGs...those kinds of things are self inflicted wounds. Winning the turnover margin is always paramount to winning. Just look at some of the latest coot games...not saying we would've won them all, but our calamity of errors in at least one of those games earned us an L. Yeah, sometimes the other teams DO cause those issues, but it's a game of inches...when we played as poorly as we have in those matches, we left so many opportunities to score it isn't even funny...
