So ugay steals a coach away from Alabama and now they are all saying that this is showing a "changing of the guards". It really is crazy to watch their love for uga when they have not accomplished anything on the field when you compare it to how much talent they have had. I will never understand it.
I guess that they forget that Saban has lost HUNDREDS of coaches and has not seen a drop off. Nor has he lost to any of the coaches that left him.

I am with you. What makes it even more disconcerting, is that Herbstreit is the one constantly pumping UGa. He was pushing for UGa to make the CFP a couple years ago after they lost a close game to Alabama in the SEC Championship.

When Chris Low from ESPN made the original tweet it was just reporting a story.
When Herstreit makes a comment like "changing of the guard" it creates buzz and conversation.
Herbie rarely does these types of things on accident and he keeps his high paying job with ESPN because he draws opinions from every side on every comment he makes.
If he commented "good hire" then the story dies, but making this bold statement or suggestion keeps people talking through the off season.

Just judging from observation, I'm guessing it would be difficult to work with someone like Saban as your boss. He appears to be one of those "I do no wrong" guys and blames others when something fails.

Is if Kirby steals Saban away from Alabama and puts him in charge of his football team.
