I've always wondered if Columbia loses elite recruits simply because their mascot is a chicken?
In the pantheon of mascots, this is probably the worst to have. Maybe the USCjr Rats might be worse,
but at least those little bastiges have some fight in them when cornered. Yeah, chicken is worse.
When used as an adjective it's bad. TIGER on the other hand, is a great adjective.

If they changed their mascot and their dark, depressing colors, it would make a difference.
But they are such proud losers (and so proud of how proud they are) that it will never happen.

Yes but, when you get in the mid 200 numbers, 3 and 4 star players are pretty close, and they need a little more coaching up!!!
