If you are eating 20 pieces of MCD’s nuggets. Miss your heart goodbye. The amount of sodium in those things would and should kill you at an early age. That’s like 1900mg of sodium. Who cares about calories and fat at that point. Dude your heart and endocrine system will be in shock.
