Has anyone seen it mentioned that ETN got away with spiking the ball on the game winning TD?

I'm actually surprised a flag wasn't thrown after seeing it multiple times. Seems the refs are always quick to throw a flag for spiking the ball.

Now, with that said, can me stop calling every celebration by the offensive player taunting? Maybe don't pretend to pee like a dog, but when a defensive player gets a sack, they are basically given free reign to do whatever celebration they want without fear of penalty.

The offensive player should be given the same sort of leeway when it comes to celebrating in the endzone. It only seems fair.

Maybe SEC refs couldn't see it with all that "ACC SPEED"

ETN's spike wasn't a big grandstanding like the previous which didn't draw a flag either.

After the sack....the ref told him to go back to the huddle rather than throwing a flag. Must be a karate kid fan.

That being said...not sure that the defensive celebrations are wise against the no-huddle offense.

CEH for LSU did it against Bama. It eas even more obvious and wasn't flagged. SEC refs must allow it!
