From what I'm reading if the campaign finance oversight people believe AOC and her manager/assistant/boyfriend knew this was a violation they would turn it over to the justice department to investigate. Maybe.

Depnding upon how and which laws may have been violated it amounts to a nothing burger, these are generally assessed a fine at most.

voted for Hillary instead of Trump had they known that Trump, a billionaire from NYC paid hush money to a prostitute. Find me one and I'll come back in here and argue politics with you, Felix my friend.
You can tell me how you feel about the leader of your socialist party movement nearly a million dollars from campaign funding to private holding where it can be hidden from tax law when you do.

funds.
You are exactly right. Stormy's money came from a home equity line of credit that Cohen got to make the payment. That is an illegal campaign contribution and actually a felony if an effort was made to cover it up...and it was. Some of that money, $35,000, came from Trump's personal account to reimburse Cohen, the balance, according to the canceled checks, came from Trump Organization signed by CFO Weiselberg and Don Jr.
Had Trump merely paid the $130,000 to Stormy out of his own funds and argument could be made that he could do that. But he didn't do it. In fact, the reimbursements were made to Cohen after Trump was in office.
McDougal's $150,000 came from David ###### at AMI. That is clearly an illegal campaign contribution.
Both cases are felonies.
I like you, I read you're posts and agree with you many times my friend. But your interest in trying to render these criminal acts as meaningless is beneath you. If had been any other president I doubt you'd have the same tolerance level.

And BTW, if AOC's campaign guy broke the law then he should go to jail.
If she knew about it she should go to jail as well.
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

Don't have too. Look at the lengths they went to lie about and keep the payments quiet, this in violation of campaign finance law. Obviously some people would not have voted for him had they known the level of sleaze he swam in.
Saying, 'well name one' isn't exactly a realistic argument.
Former Senator Gary Hart says hello...

Your contention is that had folks known about Trump being dishonest, a whoremonger, a liar, a thief and a horrible person, Trump wouldn't have won the election. That is not true.
If it were true no one would vote because there isn't an honest man or woman in DC. If they faced the same laws and regulations as the average citizen they'd all be in prison. They are all liars, thieves, whoremongers, rapist and complete human garbage.
Trump's idea are better for the economy and the American citizens.
