Savion Smith will flip to CLEMSON. No way he won't espically after he sees Steeles defense this year at LS-who?

And after the NFL attention Mackensie Alexander will get this season, he will also see that clemson can put DBs in the league. Can you say Gilchrist, Maxwell, Breeland. Garry peters also a late round projection this year.

No offense but have you guys looked at the dbs lsu has put in the nfl. It's a who's who. That's why he picked them.

Peterson, Claiborne, Simon, Mathieu. We have put some in the NFL as well. Granted they haven't been 1rst picks but they have been picked within the first 3 rounds. Mack will be a first round pick before he leaves Clemson(pending healthy). It would be awesome to get Smith. But we got Fields this year as well as some kids already on campus that are going to be fighting for playing time.

I think the point is: There is a huge difference in Steele's D and Venables' D. BV makes them better, and Steele ruins them IMO. Steele was the DC when WVU laid 70 on our D. That gets NEGATIVE attention from pro scouts, and the recruits can usually figure that out. He would be wise to switch to CLEMSON.
