The Leader currently sits @ -7
Ben Martin birdied 8 and 9 (his closing holes) and has finished his round, shooting -4 . . . Ben is tied for 5th Place!!!
(Note: Ben played the three Par 5's in -1 combined . . . He kept his card free of bogies . . . 2 birdies on each side)
We'll have to see where this stands at day's end . . .

the last Par 5 . . . 607 yds long . . . Drove it 315 yards . . . Knowing he couldn't reach, he chose the green side bunker to put it in, hitting his 3-wood 277 yards . . . ~47 foot bunker shot left him a 3 footer for birdie . . . Easy Peasy!!!

They've only showed that short 3 foot birdie putt so far.

Mr Woods will have to finish before anyone else gets much coverage.
Hoping Lucas can run across another kick in birdie and maybe stuff a 20 footer to boot on the way in . . . a guy can dream can't he?!!!!!!!

from 164 yards and put it in the left front bunker . . . His third shot from the hunker was dead on line but ~3 foot short . . . He has that for Par to finish at -6 and tied for Second Place for today
Which he did!
Currently he is Projected to finish in 21st Place
FYI - they showed two 3 foot putts, the 11 foot birdie putt and the bunker shot on 18 . . . That is all the coverage being tied for second place gets you when Mr Woods is on the course . . . jelly Tiger here, I know, I know
At least the Druids stayed at bay!!!!!!!

Wrap Up . . .
Ben still sits in a tie for 5th Place . . . In good shape to move up even more tomorrow
Billy Kennerly just finished his round . . . Shot +3 on the back nine (where he started) . . . Had worked it down to Even Par until he bogied his finishing hole (#9) . . . He ended up at +1 and is tied for 63rd at present
J. Byrd and DJ Trahan both struggled shooting +2 for the day and are tied for 83rd Place
All three will have to shoot lights out tomorrow!!!
