what is happening tonight is just a little more important to our country than football (and we don't even have a game this week - almost like down time). Refer to 9/11 lest you forget.

We probably can get a pass for SOME THINGS - don't you think? Or are you that rigid in your thinking?

Of course - one can always choose NOT to read what they don't like. Boom - there's a plan.

Makes it hard when it's splattered all over the board.***

A real CLEMSON man would have NO PROBLEM overcoming this tiny adversity in their life. I wish this were my biggest issue.

Go pop a cold one, or six, and it'll be a lot better in the morning.

Good luck with your issues. :)

But then I've still got a scar from the new one I was ripped when I suggested the same thing during the last debate

Boom, take it to the political board and stop being a snob***

Why would I discuss politics in the politics forum when I get the best of both worlds in the football forum? Its like picture in picture!

Thanks guys for this thread. It is so annoying I do not go to CNN for Clemson sports and I do not go to Tigernet for political debate

6317, the most unusual thing is how a post can begin as

Posted: Oct 12, 2012 7:53 AM

a football discussion...until someone mentions "winning or losing." Then another poster will say, "Speaking of winning and losing, did you see how that politician...." At some point after multiple responses another will say, "Well, he might not know anything about domestic affairs, but I promise you my wife knows even less!" Now, we're into the old husband/wife debate. Lastly, still another will say, "Well, my old lady may not know anything about housekeeping, but she is a football expert." And VOILA...we're right back from whence we began albeit with several diversions. Amazing thing, these open forums can be at times! lol
