Good for motivation. Louisville thinks they should have won last 2

so both teams will be highly motivated. Vegas doesn't think we can score with them so offense should be very motivated to prove them wrong.

Vegas must not have been watching the UNC Louisville game. If UNC can put up 35 on their defense, we should be able to put up at least 45.And our defense should definitely hold them to under 45.Won't say we won't hold them to under 40, but if we do then Vegas could lose a lot of money.

Vegas tries to get 50-50 betting on both teams and they make their money off the juice. Vegas bets based on public perception which usually comes from ABC/ESPN telling everyone how great Lamar is.
I do think the fact that our FG kicking game has not existed since the FSU game last year might have some people concerned in a close game.
We have not given up a TD this year while teams have scored around 30 points a game against Louisville.
I would take the Tigers on the Win Line for this game.

Wonder which stats they use to come to these astute predictions? No doubt Mr Jackson is a talented young man but I kinda think our defense is a tad good too. . Good incentive material.

KB2 and crew will run all over Loserville's D,UNCheat did. Clemson D will DOMINATE Losreville's Offense, all they have is Jackson and that's not enough.

It's very odd. It's kinda like they did not see Louisville's free-fall down the stretch.
Nothing's changed. Exact same Lamar Jackson, maybe a little better. For all the invective we throw his way because he beat out Deshaun (unjustly) for the Heisman, he's still one of the most dangerous players in college football, Mike Vick with a much better arm.
That said, everything else around him is worse. Their OL is worse. Their running game is worse. They still have some guys at wideout but they are missing Staples and Quick. They're missing Hikutini at TE. Their D has gotten a lot worse - massive talent drain - now that they can't just go to JUCO Day and come home with 20 partially-qualified recent parolees. They struggled with Purdue - arguably one of the 2-3 worst programs in the country the last few years - and they struggled again with a woeful UNC team before pulling away late.
They've put up PlayStation numbers on O, granted, but it's all Lamar Jackson. Jackson might be a ninja escape artist, but man, that is one wicked pass rush that's going to be coming for him, and one putrid offensive line he's going to be playing behind. And there isn't the slightest indicator Louisville can shut down what Clemson's going to be doing on offense.
So Louisville is favored? Really? You'd expect the sharps to be all over that one.
