They are extremely confident in a win come this weekend. The points I repeatedly see are that we can't hold there offense under 40. DW isn't as good as Lamar. Death Valley isn't a factor. Finally we have not played anyone and they have already won a big staged game this year. I get it, they should be highly confident. Their QB is playing on a different level than anyone right now, they beat FSU in embarrassing fashion, and they are #3 in the county. HOWEVER, they don't have #4. Lamar Jackson is talented I agree, but in a big game situation, college gameday, primetime matchup of top 5 programs, there is only one QB I want in that atmosphere. DW has proven he can win the big games. Lamar most certainly had a big game against FSU, but that was in the confines of his own Pizza stadium. He hasn't played a defense like the one Clemson is going to present. He definitely hasn't played one in the Valley when it is rocking. As far as FSU, I am not sure they are anywhere close to advertised. If they think FSU defense is as good as Auburns then I believe they are highly mistaken. Good Luck Cards, your going to need it!
