I was ridiculed last Sunday for saying Syracuse could beat us. They gave us all we wanted.

As for our remaining opponents, Wake gave BC all they wanted. GT is GT. GSU killed Georgia Southern. And the coots nearly beat the Almighty Auburn Tigers.

I had sincerely hoped Cole would find his groove and make the offense hum, but that has just not happened. So we got what we got until DW4 returns and even then, one has to wonder how our offense will perform with him having ring rust. The week off certainly helps.

Anyone know how DW4 is coming along? At first I said hold him out until GSU, but now I am hoping he can be back for GT, so the offense has some rhythm before facing the coots.

Georgia state has beaten 1 team this year. Abiline christian by 1 point.

Unless Jesus comes down and plays for them, i am pretty sure we will win that game.

...an undefeated team and will bust up the Tigers badly in Winston.

I don't get it from just looking at the Deacons record and the scores. I attribute their showing against BC to be BC's hangover from a slugfest with Clemson last weekend and traveling down to Winston.

What am I missing here? I haven't seen a single down of football this year from WF. My normal mode is to simply switch channels as quickly as possible if WF is playing anyone other than Clemson.
