everybody around me to see the aftermath. Bedlam for those of us who stayed until the end.
That was truly a miracle......not ONE person in the stadium thought that was more than a fly ball. The wind was howling in from left - nobody had even come close to hitting one deep all night.
That was a miracle, is all I can say.

But it's what can happen if you have a hard throwing pitcher right after a walk. He went up to the plate knowing the pitcher was gonna probably try to get an early straight hard strike and he just made good contact and the baseball gods smile.
