Longterm

Oct 20, 2013, 12:01 PM

Anyone who works with 18-22 year olds understands the challenge. Programs aren't built in a day/week/year. Last year, FSU was supposed to be on top of the world. Great team, senior QB. Didn't work out. This year, we were the toast-o-the-town. Again, didn't work out. Doesn't mean the program is not working or won't work. If you're in it for the right reasons and for the long-term, success will come.

We have flaws - they were evident in the first half of the season for anyone who was willing to look. Most of us wouldn't look. You can fix a flaw - and we're still young. Keep teaching, keep learning, get bigger, get stronger, learn to compete with the best.

Now, gird your loins - Maryland awaits! Keep winning.

Go Tigers.
